I've never mentioned how much I adore the Sarah Jane Adventures, have I?
Well, let me express it now! The problem with chibis is, well, you're kind of limited. Not that I wanted to make Sarah Jane look her age (she doesn't), ...I don't know...there's just something missing... I added to her AWESOME pink coat, stuck some wing action on it, and made her sonic lipstick into a keychain! What do you think? "Super Sarah Jane Make-up!" Nah! I finally found a way around my markerpad. Usually, the sketch paper will curl and get all bent when I use marker on it, but this new mini-pad I have DOESN'T. YAYS! So I don't have to go and cut up my 9x11 markerpad for a 6xWhatever sketchpad. But I digress... I hope the shiny on her jeans doesn't look like I gave her fat thighs! Cause she doesn't! The kids don't have shiny on their jeans, so I hope nobody mistakes that...Sarah Jane is too awesome to have bubble butt! <--did I just say that?! Anyway, done with Prisma markers and a canson sketchpad (YES! It loves me!). Oh, touched up in PSP9. |
